Charbonneau Neighbors - Endorsements for Clackamas County Commission
During the coming May 18th election Clackamas County Voters willhave the opportunity to decide how to fill three of the five Commissionerpositions that serve Clackamas County. As we saw in the recentUrban/Rural reserves decisions, having Commissioners who listen tothe voices of Charbonneau residents and who understand the need toprevent development south of the Willamette River is critically important.
For these reasons, we suggest that you support the following incumbents who have support us:
Bob Austin, Commissioner Position 2,
Ann Lininger, Commissioner Position 3
Jim Bernard, Commission Position 5
We recommend these three, all of whom will face opponents on theMay 18th ballot, because they have listened to our concerns and havevoted and, acted consistently with our interests. They helped our bestadvocate, Commissioner Charloffe Lehan, get the area south of the Willamette River designated as a rural reserve and they have worked to make Clackamas County government better.
Please call or email us if you have any questions about this recommendation.
